It seems to be a frequently asked question by parents and teachers everywhere… and the answer often seems to be that “learning is one of those things that has to be done face-to-face.” However, things are changing.
Kids today are driving to school with laptops, googling the web, chatting with friends on Skype, and writing e-mails to their parents… Kids are driving online! And teachers are following them – and not only on Twitter
, but in using new opportunities to educate and to be educated.
How can children successfully learn using the Internet? How should teachers use the Internet to assist students and develop a personal approach for each of them? This question was brought up also in the 2010 annual letter from Bill Gates.
